Position: Xero Data Migration Specialist

Location: Philippines (onsite/hybrid)

We are currently seeking a skilled Data Migration Specialist to join our global team and provide data migration services from one accounting platform to another.

Responsibilities:

– Work closely with Partner Consulting & Go To Market (GTM) teams to assist ABs & SMBs in migrating to Xero’s cloud-based practice and tax tools
– Provide data-related services to support seamless migration experiences for both direct and partner channels
– Drive the migration process, configure practice products, and assist in implementing products
– Be the primary point of contact for ABs/SMBs and handle technical queries and escalations
– Engage in regular virtual or phone meetings with internal Xero staff
– Update Xero’s CRM system with all activity
– Respond promptly to work requests and internal inquiries
– Manage inbound work requests from internal and external customers

Requirements:

– Excellent Excel skills, including VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, and macros
– Project management skills and attention to detail
– Ability to professionally communicate with partners/clients and manage expectations
– Analytical, evaluative, and problem-solving abilities
– Experience with Microsoft/Google Suites and CRM database management
– Strong knowledge of accounting practice and related systems
– Intermediate to advanced experience with financial applications such as Xero, QBO, MYOB, Sage, etc.
– Intermediate to advanced accounting or bookkeeping experience and knowledge
