Requirements:
– 5+ years of UX design experience, preferably with a focus on technical domains and Ethereum or crypto products.

– How can we design, deploy, and leverage interoperability features and standards for a seamless crosschain experience?
– How can we effectively communicate trust assumptions without oversimplifying complexity?
– Is Trust Experience the right approach for understanding Ethereum’s unique capabilities?
– How can we prioritize privacy as a key UX component for onchain interactions?
– How can we adapt to the shift from browser-extension wallets to embedded/in-app wallets?
Our Work Environment:
– At the Ethereum Foundation, we are solely focused on what is best for Ethereum, allowing for unconventional strategies and bold approaches.
– We prioritize transparency and collaboration, working in the open with stakeholders across the broader Ethereum community.
– We value autonomy, impact, and accountability, giving you the freedom to define your own approach while also holding you accountable for your decisions.
Contract Details:
– This is a full-time, remote position with flexible hours.
– While not a strict requirement, being able to travel a few times a year for events related to your work, such as Devcon or Interop, is beneficial.
– Anonymity is welcome, but applicants will need to KYC with the Ethereum Foundation.
