We are seeking a highly motivated and data-driven Transportation Analyst to join our remote team. This role offers the opportunity to work with a dynamic and dedicated team and make a significant impact on our operations.
Key Responsibilities:
– Utilize transportation data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and cost-saving opportunities
– Develop dashboards and visual reports (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) to effectively communicate findings
– Monitor and track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as on-time delivery rate, cost-per-mile, deadhead percentage, and load acceptance/rejection rate
– Collaborate with dispatchers, brokers, and operations to implement efficiency solutions
– Support budgeting, forecasting, and rate analysis using historical transportation data
– Integrate with TMS platforms to generate accurate and timely reports
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Data Analytics, Logistics, Business, or a related field
– 2+ years of experience in transportation/logistics analytics (preferred)
– Strong ability to interpret data and present insights through numbers
– Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
– Comfortable working remotely and independently
