We are seeking a versatile individual with a combination of business acumen and technical skills to join our team. Reporting directly to the CEO and CTO, this role will have a significant impact across all departments, from operations to product development, with potential for leadership opportunities.
Responsibilities:
– Utilize SQL, Excel, and analytics tools to extract insights and monitor key performance metrics
– Drive projects from ideation to execution, using data-driven decision-making
– Collaborate with various departments such as Customer Success, Marketing, Sales, Engineering, Product, and Design to streamline processes and improve workflows
– Oversee the launch of new products, features, and process changes, managing launch strategies and post-launch iterations
– Design and conduct experiments to optimize product and operational performance
Qualifications:
– 5+ years of experience in strategy, operations, product, engineering, or analytics roles with strong technical skills
– Expert-level proficiency in SQL and data analytics, with experience in forecasting models and market analytics considered a plus
– Hands-on experience in backend development, particularly in building data integrations and ETL processes using low-code and AI tools
– Strong attention to detail with the ability to translate complex data into strategic business insights
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
– Creative and entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for efficiency, process automation, and continuous improvement
Compensation for this role is a salary range of $120-170k USD. Apply link
