Position: Sr. Technical Analyst at Fidelity Canada
Location: 100% remote, Canada

Role Summary:
As a Sr. Technical Analyst, you will be responsible for developing and supporting technical solutions for our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Events Management systems. This is a 100% remote position, as part of Fidelity’s dynamic working arrangement. Current work authorization for Canada is required for all openings.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support and maintain existing CRM and Marketing tools
• Evaluate and develop new solutions based on specific business requirements
• Act as the Lead Developer on assigned projects
• Develop and maintain system integrations with Salesforce using various APIs
• Write and optimize backend code, primarily in Apex, to enhance Salesforce functionalities
• Configure and develop event management tool (Marketo)
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure scalable and business-driven integration solutions
• Provide technical support for integrated systems, troubleshoot issues, and ensure smooth data flow
• Proactively promote enhancements to departmental processes and solutions
Qualifications:
• 8+ years of software development experience, with a focus on 4+ years of Salesforce platform
• Strong knowledge of front-end (LWC) and back-end development (Apex) and integration services via API
• Familiarity with data governance and security best practices
• Experience with Java and Web Services Development
• Solid experience with the full life cycle of software development
• Strong leadership skills
• Detail-oriented with excellent analytical skills
• Customer service-oriented
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Self-starter with a strong teamwork culture
Requirements:
• Hands-on experience with Marketo, especially smart campaigns, webhooks, and administration
• Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud development
• Experience with Salesforce Financial Cloud development
• Development experience with REST Web Services
• Development experience in Mutual Funds/investment industry
Education and Certifications:
• University degree, preferably in Computer Science, or equivalent work experience
• Salesforce Certification – Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I or II preferred
