Position: Sr. Quantitative Modeling Analyst – Data Science

Location: Remote Canada

Reports To: Director, Data Science

Role Overview:

We are seeking a Senior Quantitative Modeling Analyst to join our Data Science team. In this role, you will design, analyze, and interpret survey research studies focused on measuring customer satisfaction. You will also utilize your technical programming expertise in Python, SAS, Excel, and other automation tools to conduct advanced multivariate statistical analysis on survey and non-survey data.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design survey methodology, including sample planning and questionnaire development.

• Utilize advanced quantitative analytical skills to perform basic and advanced analyses on data sets.

• Develop and validate models using scripts, codes, languages, etc.

• Apply business rules and methodologies, and perform quality control checks.

• Collaborate with teams to ensure project accuracy and timeliness.

• Some travel and overtime may be required.

Qualifications:

• Experience with research methodology and design.

• Advanced proficiency in Python, SAS, and/or SPSS.

• Master’s or Ph.D. in Psychology, Sociology, Economics, Statistics, or related Social Science fields.

• 2+ years of experience in Multivariate Statistics, Research Design, Measurement Theory, and Attitudinal Research.

• Strong ability to work collaboratively in a global, multi-cultural environment.

• Fluent in English (read, write, and speak).
