Job Description:
Project:
As a Software Engineer, you will be part of an agile team consisting of both Polish and British developers and testers. Together, you will work on delivering, rebuilding, and extending an existing IT ecosystem for a company in the travel industry. This includes adding new features, rebuilding existing solutions, and proposing new architecture. Your responsibilities will also involve digital transformation initiatives, platform evolution, digital, web, and mobile development, as well as removing tech debt. You will work closely with 4-5 teams, each focusing on a specific area.
Position:
As a valued member of our team, you will contribute by:
– Developing new functionalities and maintaining existing ones
– Collaborating with the team of front-end developers
– Conducting code reviews
– Participating in creating product architecture
– Supporting the development team by sharing knowledge and skills
– Collaborating closely with testers (QAs), business analysts, product owner, and scrum master
Qualifications:
Expectations:
– At least 3-4 years of experience as a Software Engineer
– Excellent knowledge of Angular (12+), Javascript, Typescript, CSS, and GIT
– Proficiency with web technologies such as HTML, CSS3
– Experience creating front-end component libraries
– Familiarity with unit and integration tests (Jest, Jasmine, Karma, Protractor)
– Good understanding of best development practices, code quality, and experience with code reviews
– Excellent knowledge of design patterns
– Understanding of website availability
Additional Skills:
– Experience using AzureDevOps tools
– Knowledge of state management systems such as NgRx or other Redux pattern libraries
