Job Description:
We are seeking a highly talented and experienced Senior Visual Designer to join our dynamic team. As the creative force behind our platform’s visual identity, you will play a crucial role in every phase of the design process, from research and wireframes to final visual design. Your designs will capture the excitement of gaming and push the boundaries of Web3 gaming, making our platform stand out in the industry.
Responsibilities:
– Create visually stunning iGaming interfaces that are both captivating and user-friendly
– Design memorable “moments of delight” that players will want to share, such as win celebrations, bonus triggers, and achievement unlocks
– Develop and maintain a cohesive visual language that can be applied to all our products, from mobile slots to desktop live dealer games
– Utilize cutting-edge motion design and micro-interactions to enhance the mobile gaming experience
– Collaborate with the Principal Designer to expand our design system with reusable components that maintain excitement at scale
– Work closely with developers to ensure pixel-perfect implementation and smooth performance on all devices
– Conduct research and prototype new visual directions that differentiate us from traditional online casinos
Requirements:
– Minimum of 5 years of visual/UI design experience with a strong portfolio showcasing gaming or entertainment work
– Proficiency in motion design tools such as After Effects, Principle, or similar software
– Deep understanding of color psychology, visual hierarchy, and creating excitement without overwhelming users
– Strong responsive design skills with the ability to create compelling experiences on both large and small screens
– Technical expertise in Figma and experience in building and maintaining component libraries
– Passion for gaming and a keen understanding of what makes experiences feel rewarding and enjoyable
– Ability to work within established design systems while also finding opportunities for new creative expression
Bonus Skills:
– Direct experience in designing slot games or casino interfaces
– 3D design skills (Blender, Cinema4D) for creating game assets
