Our founding team includes experienced professionals from top companies such as Autodesk, Electronic Arts, Nike, and Apple. In 2024, we secured a $53M Series B fundraising round with support from renowned venture capital firms and industry leaders in construction, building product manufacturing, and distribution.
As a Senior UX Designer at Higharc, you will have the opportunity to lead the design of innovative tools that empower homebuilders, buyers, and construction professionals. Working closely with a multidisciplinary team of engineers, architects, and 3D visualization experts, you will play a vital role in shaping the future of homebuilding.
Responsibilities:
– Lead the UX and UI design of web-based tools across Higharc’s platform
– Translate complex systems into intuitive and elegant user experiences
– Collaborate with product managers and engineers to ensure cohesive product thinking
– Partner with homebuilders, suppliers, contractors, and buyers to understand their needs and pain points
– Own the end-to-end design process, from research and ideation to execution and delivery
– Influence product strategy with a strong, user-focused design perspective
– Utilize both qualitative and quantitative user insights to inform and iterate on designs
– Contribute to and evolve our design system to ensure consistency and scalability
Requirements:
– 7+ years of experience designing digital products, preferably in B2B SaaS or Enterprise
– Demonstrated success in shipping end-to-end product experiences
– Experience validating interaction patterns and testing new workflows through wireframes and prototypes
– Strong portfolio showcasing UX, interaction design, and strategic thinking
– Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and collaborate effectively with others
– Excellent communication skills, comfortable influencing stakeholders at all levels
– Deep empathy for users and a curiosity-driven mindset
Preferred Qualifications:
– Experience designing for technical audiences, such as architects, engineers, or builders
– Familiarity with 3D design environments or CAD tools, such as Revit, Rhino, or Unity
– Exposure to front-end development, including React, JavaScript, and HTML/CSS
– Background or passion in architecture, construction, or home design
