Job Description:
We are currently seeking an experienced Salesforce Business Analyst to join our team and support our client. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in Salesforce and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
– Configure Lightning, orchestrate Flows, and fine-tune org settings without supervision
– Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into well-defined user stories and technical documentation
– Provide top-quality support and create educational documentation
– Utilize Salesforce AI features to incorporate predictive insights into daily operations
– Navigate tools such as Gearset CI/CD, Jira, Zoom, and the Distribution Engine
– Promote continuous improvement and best practices within the team
– Advocate for industry standards and maintain strong internal protocols
– Foster a culture of innovation and high performance
Qualifications:
– Minimum of 5 years of experience working with Salesforce
– Hands-on experience with Lightning, Flows, and org setup
– Proficient in both Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
– Salesforce Admin, Advanced Admin, and Business Analyst certifications
– Fluent in Polish and English
