Senior Product Designer – Salsify
Salsify, a global leader in digital shelf solutions, is seeking a talented Senior Product Designer to join our team. As we continue to scale and grow, we are looking for a skilled designer to join our Ecosystem Group and support our North American and French retailer clients.

About the Opportunity
As a Senior Product Designer, you will work closely with our Ecosystem Group and collaborate with various teams to understand and meet the UX needs of our retailer clients. You will be part of a larger UX team and have the opportunity to work with renowned brands such as Mars, L’Oreal, Coca-Cola, and more. This role will require fluency in both English and French.
About You
We are looking for a talented designer with experience in Enterprise SAAS companies and B2B applications. You are passionate about your craft and eager to learn and grow. You are also excited about exploring new areas of our product and building strong relationships with your cross-functional team.
Key Responsibilities
– Collaborate with product management, engineering, and design leadership to prioritize and deliver exceptional user experiences for our retailer clients
– Conduct research to understand user needs and use data to inform design decisions
– Design intuitive and engaging experiences that solve complex problems
– Work autonomously with the support and mentorship of your manager and other design leaders
– Advance in your craft and share your knowledge with the team
Qualifications
– Several years of experience in Enterprise SAAS companies and B2B applications
– Experience working with a design system
– Fluent in both English and French
– Strong communication and collaboration skills
– Passion for creating impactful and innovative designs

– Understanding of user needs and creation of compelling end-to-end experiences
– Autonomy in your work with support and guidance from your team

Compensation and Benefits
We offer competitive and equitable compensation, including base salary and stock options. Our Total Rewards plan also includes health and medical benefits, PTO, and more. We believe in paying based on performance and proficiency, not tenure, and adjust proactively to market trends.
National Pay Range: €51.000— €60.000 EUR
