Position: Senior Growth Strategy Analyst

Overview:
DoneDeal is a rapidly growing car marketplace in Ireland, dedicated to simplifying the process of buying and selling cars. We are seeking a Senior Growth Strategy Analyst to join our team and drive the growth of car demand across our marketplace. This role offers the opportunity to shape our understanding of car buyers, improve product-market fit, and solidify our position as the No. 1 car marketplace in Ireland. We are looking for a strategic, data-driven, and entrepreneurial individual to lead the charge in growing our market share and connecting the dots across various teams.
Key Responsibilities:
– Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure progress in growing market share of leads
– Optimize the buyer funnel from acquisition to conversion by identifying and addressing blockers and friction points
– Develop a simplified tracking framework to be used across teams
– Partner with product teams to measure the impact of new initiatives and features, uncover insights, and conduct A/B tests
– Create compelling dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate performance trends and opportunities
– Forecast demand and analyze customer behavior to identify drivers and untapped market segments
– Establish cross-functional collaborations to drive projects, surface blockers, and align stakeholders
– Advocate for a demand mentality across the organization and incorporate demand metrics into product and commercial strategy discussions
What You’ll Own:
– The roadmap and framework for understanding and accelerating demand growth
– High-impact opportunities to transform demand growth
– The buyer funnel strategy across product, marketing, and commercial levers
– The measurement and interpretation of performance for demand-generating features
– Forecasting and strategic input for executive decisions regarding demand-side investments
Qualifications:
– 6+ years of experience in business analytics or product growth roles in a tech company
– Experience working with product, CRM, and/or marketing teams
– Proficiency in SQL and BI tools such as Tableau
– Strong skills in product analytics, including Google Analytics, A/B testing, tracking, and tag management
– Exceptional business sense and ability to convert analysis into actionable insights
– Excellent communication and influencing skills
– Meticulous attention to detail and ability to spot anomalies or patterns quickly
– Results-focused with a forward-thinking approach
– Ability to think strategically and connect product UX to marketing efficiency and commercial results
– Proactive and driven to seek opportunities, challenge assumptions, and bring others along
– Ability to tell compelling stories with data and influence decisions at all levels
– Comfortable in ambiguous situations and able to provide clarity and structure
