Job Description:
As a Senior Full Stack Web3 Engineer, you will play a crucial role in designing and developing innovative solutions for Web3 challenges across various applications, including DeFi and iGaming. You will work closely with our team to build, test, and support full stack applications using blockchain technology. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining and improving our existing products, collaborating with other teams to refine ideas and ship them efficiently, and staying updated on the latest tools and technologies in the rapidly evolving Web3 space.
Responsibilities:
– Design, develop, and test full stack applications using blockchain technology
– Maintain and improve existing live products
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine ideas and ship them quickly
– Follow CI/CD best practices
– Share knowledge with peers through code reviews and technical documentation
– Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code
– Contribute new ideas to shape the roadmap and simplify the stack
– Work independently on complex problems
– Solve UX challenges for on-chain users
Requirements:
– Minimum of 5 years of software development experience, with at least 2 years working with on-chain data
– Expertise in Typescript
– Experience with React for a minimum of 2 years
– Proficiency in using Git
– Familiarity with Go or willingness to learn
– Experience working with complex microservice-based distributed systems
– Understanding of transport protocols such as HTTP and GRPC
– Experience with Kubernetes or other container-based runtime environments
– Proficiency in modeling relational data
– Experience with NoSQL databases
– Experience fine-tuning databases for high performance
– Understanding of observability tools for metrics, traces, and logging
– Ability to mentor others regardless of experience level
– Proficiency in utilizing cloud infrastructure from AWS/GCP/Azure
– Experience working with various EVM chains and token standards
– Familiarity with Solana
– Experience with Solidity and frameworks like Hardhat or Foundry
– Comfortable working in a startup-like environment with high levels of ambiguity
