Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Analyst to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining advanced Tableau dashboards that effectively visualize key business metrics. You will also be translating complex datasets into clear, actionable insights to support decision-making and collaborating with stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and define KPIs.
Key Responsibilities:
– Develop and maintain advanced Tableau dashboards that effectively visualize key business metrics.
– Translate complex datasets into clear, actionable insights to support decision-making.
– Collaborate with stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and define KPIs.
– Extract, transform, and analyze data using SQL to ensure accuracy and consistency.
– Continuously enhance dashboard performance and user experience through optimization.
– Identify trends and patterns in large datasets to drive strategic initiatives.
– Maintain clear documentation for data sources, dashboard logic, and reporting processes.
– Ensure alignment with BI best practices and contribute to data governance efforts.
Qualifications:
– 3+ years of professional experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or a similar role.
– Strong hands-on experience with Tableau for dashboard creation and data visualization.
– Proficient in SQL, including writing complex queries and optimizing data extraction.
– Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
– Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.
