Job Description:

As a Senior Business Analyst at Citizant, you will lead and support the efforts for various projects and programs, ranging from low to highly complex. You will use your expertise in business process analysis and requirements management to formulate and define project objectives and scope. Additionally, you will recommend and implement process improvement methodologies to streamline processes and identify solutions for business and technology challenges. This role requires strong communication, facilitation, and analytical skills, as well as the ability to independently apply business analysis principles.

Responsibilities:

– Lead low and moderate-complexity projects and support highly complex projects and programs
– Formulate and define business process and systems scope and objectives through research and fact-finding activities
– Recommend and apply process improvement methodologies to streamline processes
– Provide group facilitation, interviewing, and training to stakeholders
– Assess and provide recommendations for business analysis framework improvement programs
– Independently apply business analysis principles on moderately to highly complex projects
– Conduct scoping, requirements elicitation, business process modeling, requirements management, and feasibility and cost-benefit analysis

Qualifications:

– 15 years of related work experience with progressively increasing responsibility
– Advanced knowledge of relevant technologies
– Advanced proficiency in analytical, project planning, negotiating, interpersonal, and communication skills
– Ability to perform cost-benefit analysis, trending, forecasting, and financial analysis
– Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office
– Ability to lead moderately complex business analysis efforts
– Technical expertise in one or more business analysis-related disciplines
– Strong communication, facilitation, formal document writing, and presentation skills

Education:

A bachelor’s degree is highly preferred.

Clearance Requirement:

– Must be a U.S. citizen
– Active IRS clearance (MBI) or the ability to obtain and maintain one.

Salary Range:

The expected pay range for this position is $120,000 to $130,000 yearly. The actual pay rate will vary based on skills, experience, and location. Citizant offers a competitive benefits package, including:
