Position: Senior Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst
Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior BI Analyst to join our team and drive data-driven decision-making across our marketing organization. Reporting directly to the Senior Analytics Manager, you will be responsible for analyzing the impact of our analytics initiatives and providing valuable insights to our marketing team.
Responsibilities:
– Conduct thorough analysis of marketing, sales, and product data to identify actionable insights.
– Collaborate with marketing stakeholders to forecast MQLs, prospects, leads status, and report progress against benchmarks.
– Utilize your expertise to draw holistic insights from various business lines within the company.
– Analyze large sets of structured, semi-structured, and unstructured data to uncover insights and work with business partners to deliver business value.
– Utilize advanced data visualization skills, particularly with Tableau, to support business decisions, make recommendations, and evaluate performance.
– Effectively present findings to business stakeholders, including executive management, in a concise manner.
– Support ad hoc business studies and reporting, and provide insights for segmentation, territory management, and initiative reporting.
Qualifications:
– Strong experience in marketing, sales, and/or revenue analytics, with a focus on B2B.
– Demonstrated ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
– Expertise in Tableau, including dashboard development, data source blending, and performance optimization.
– Project management skills, with the ability to coordinate across teams and deliver on time.
– Proficient in reading, writing, and understanding complex SQL queries for ad-hoc and dashboard use.
– Experience with Google Analytics and CRM systems.
– Creative and pragmatic approach to delivering insights and understanding the implications.
– Proactive mindset with a hands-on and can-do attitude.
– Independent thinker with the confidence to challenge conventional approaches.
