Your Role in Our Mission
As a Senior Batch Developer at Gainwell, you’ll play a crucial role in designing, developing, testing, and installing complex applications software that spans server, client, and web components. You’ll also work closely with application architects and developers to ensure design requirements are accurate and deliver a solid return on investment for our clients. In addition, you’ll have the opportunity to serve as a technical consultant to senior management for complex projects and mentor individual contributors.
What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking candidates with 6+ years of experience in applications development and programming with C, UNIX, LINUX, and SQL (ORACLE/SQL Server). Experience with Medicaid Claims/EDI Processing IT systems is highly desired, and experience in system integration/OSB/MFT is a plus. Strong skills in software and product design methodologies, as well as development and application implementation across the development life cycle, are essential. We’re also looking for team players with excellent communication skills and effective leadership and motivational abilities.
What You Can Expect in This Role
This is a fully remote opportunity, with the option to work from anywhere within the United States. There may be opportunities for travel (0-10%) through your work, and you must be willing to work a flexible schedule to accommodate business needs and travel as required. Video cameras must be used during all interviews and during the initial week of orientation.
The deadline to submit applications for this posting is July 4, 2025. The pay range for this position is $75,000 – $90,000 per year, with the base pay offered varying depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
