Position Description:
We are seeking a Senior Artificial Intelligence Engineer to join our expanding team of motivated technologists. In this role, you will work with a team of talented professionals to deliver results in technology consulting and help customers build AI/ML solutions at scale. As an experienced Machine Learning Architect with a strong technical background and excellent communication skills, you will work directly with customers to develop state-of-the-art solutions that align with their business goals. This role involves both Professional Services Machine Learning Architect responsibilities and hands-on work as a Machine Learning engineer on customer engagements.
Key Responsibilities:
– Design and execute machine learning projects from proof-of-concept to production deployment using cloud native technologies and cutting-edge machine learning models
– Collaborate with business representatives and customers to understand their requirements and develop technical definitions for solution development
– Lead all project phases, including problem definition, data annotation, model development, and end-user documentation/training
– Design the architecture of machine learning solutions on GCP cloud platforms, including MLOPs
– Stay updated on the latest developments in machine learning and adapt models to solve customer problems
– Establish credibility by delivering technical excellence and value through solutions you build
– Develop strong relationships with customers
Qualifications:
– Master’s degree with 10+ years of experience or PhD with 6+ years of experience in Machine Learning, Natural Language Processing (NLP), and Deep Learning
– Minimum 5+ years of experience in architecting and building Machine Learning solutions
– Minimum 5+ years of experience with GCP cloud
– Experience with hugging face, TensorFlow/pytorch, transformer architectures, prompt engineering, agentic systems, LLMs
– Strong coding skills in Python and experience with architectural patterns like microservices
– Solid understanding of agile methodologies and experience planning machine learning projects from inception to production deployment
– Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to lead a team in finding solutions to technical issues
– Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
Travel:
Travel may be required for business purposes.

Pay Range:
The anticipated starting pay range for this role is $128,300 – $219,230, depending on location and experience. Additional variable compensation may be available based on company and/or individual performance.
