Job Description:
The SAP ABAP Developer will be responsible for providing primary support for ABAP programming to meet client business requirements. This role also includes leading development solutions, collaborating with offshore teams, and implementing best practices in collaboration with Korea HQ. The SAP ABAP Developer will be accountable for ERP project and enhancement assessment and execution, as well as providing support for service delivery and resolving issues.
Key Responsibilities:
– Lead ABAP projects and deliver high-quality products
– Provide programming solutions for various SAP functional areas
– Troubleshoot and resolve production issues
– Work with functional consultants for integration testing
– Maintain records and reports related to SAP systems
– Continuously improve processes and procedures for optimal efficiency
– Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to ensure project success
– Stay updated on industry trends and continuously develop technical skills

These indicators will be used to evaluate the SAP ABAP Developer’s performance and effectiveness in driving website optimization, enhancing user experience, and making data-driven decisions.
Strategy Development:
– Collaborate with stakeholders to determine project requirements and communicate them effectively
– Identify opportunities for process improvement and increased efficiency
– Work with management and end users to re-engineer current business processes
– Implement technology solutions in a cost-effective manner
Salary: $110,000 – $130,000 (DOE)/yr.
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in information technology or equivalent experience
– 3+ years of experience in the IT field
– 3+ years of experience solving business problems with technology solutions, preferably in the Automotive or Manufacturing industry
– Hands-on experience with ABAP programming
– Strong communication and customer service skills
– Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
– Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
– Knowledge of SAP systems and modules such as PP, MM, SD, FI, CO, HR, and BW
– Certification in SAP ABAP is preferred
– Familiarity with S/4 Hana is a plus
