Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated International Reference Data Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and enriching our global data taxonomies, including Advertiser, Brand, Product, and Category. You will work closely with various departments and partners to ensure accurate and relevant data for our clients.
Job Responsibilities:
• Maintain and update category structure, communicating changes to stakeholders
• Analyze market trends to identify new category opportunities and ensure data relevance
• Liaise with suppliers to align on data categorization and mapping
• Collaborate with commercial teams to scope client requirements and conduct gap analysis
• Categorize new brands and products by translating and mapping local categories
• Research brand ownership for accurate advertiser attribution and maintain client-specific data
• Perform quality checks, support leadership with troubleshooting, and maintain documentation and training materials
Qualifications:
• 2+ years of experience in data analysis
• Exceptional communication skills in Spanish, Portuguese, and English (both written and verbal)
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage competing deadlines
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a proactive problem-solving mindset
• High attention to detail
• A dedicated team player who thrives on collaboration
