We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Quantitative Analytics Manager to join our team. As a leader in our organization, you will be responsible for developing and validating predictive and machine-learning models for various business needs. You will use your advanced mathematical knowledge, analysis skills, and business expertise to provide solutions to predictive and prescriptive questions.
Key Responsibilities:
-Lead the development and validation of predictive and machine-learning models using statistics, advanced mathematical techniques, and/or computer science.
-Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and provide solutions.
-Utilize best practices for capturing and retaining data.
-Stay up-to-date on emerging techniques and tools in the industry.
-Coach and guide team members on data modeling methods and techniques.
-Communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
-Translate technical observations into actionable insights for senior executives.
-Set standards and expectations for data analysis tools and techniques.
Requirements:
-Master’s degree in statistics, mathematics, economics, financial engineering, data sciences, predictive modeling, or other quantitative disciplines and at least 5 years of relevant experience; or Bachelor’s degree and at least 6 years of relevant experience.
-Experience with advanced Microsoft Office Suite, SQL/NoSQL relationship data structure, and data retrieval and manipulation.
-Strong coding skills and understanding of cloud-based and distributed computing.
-Ability to lead and coach others.
-Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Compensation and Benefits:
-Base salary range of $120,000 to $145,000 annually depending on location and experience.
-Eligibility for short-term and deferred incentive compensation based on individual and company performance.
