We are seeking a Productivity Engineering Lead to join our team and lead multiple engineering teams. In this role, you will report to the Head of Product Engineering and be responsible for driving software development and delivery processes.
Key Responsibilities:
– Lead and mentor a team of software engineers, supporting their professional growth and productivity
– Oversee design, development, and deployment of software solutions, ensuring adherence to best practices
– Drive a culture of continuous delivery, ensuring daily software delivery to production
– Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to define technical requirements
– Identify and resolve technical challenges related to distributed systems and SaaS operations
– Implement and enforce robust testing and quality assurance processes
– Monitor and optimize performance of applications
– Foster a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging adoption of new technologies and methodologies
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
– Strong leadership and team management skills
– Proven experience as a software engineer with a track record of delivering high-quality software
– Expertise in multiple programming languages and tech stacks, with understanding of cloud-native architectures
– Advanced skills in front-end architectures and cross-platform or native mobile development
– Experience with building and operating distributed systems and SaaS applications
– Excellent problem-solving abilities and results-driven mindset
– Familiarity with agile development methodologies
