Position: Production Artist

ITG is seeking a talented Production Artist to join our team. As a Production Artist, you will be responsible for creating page layouts and making various edits, primarily in InDesign. We are looking for a confident individual with a keen eye for detail and the ability to work under tight deadlines.
Responsibilities:
– Build and manipulate pages/files within InDesign, ensuring quality control and timely production.
– Manipulate images, including silos, retouching, and color correction.
– Ensure production quality control measures are met before project delivery.
– Prepare products for print or digital distribution.
– Make edits based on client and team feedback.
– Collaborate closely with Content Specialists and other production team members, providing progress updates.
– Use independent judgment within established guidelines to complete tasks efficiently.
Requirements:
– High school diploma required, professional degree preferred.
– Advanced English level (B2+).
– 1+ years of professional experience using InDesign.
– Basic knowledge and proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically InDesign.
– Ability to work under tight deadlines with a focus on detail.
– Strong ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
– Quick learner with a data-driven mindset, willing to adapt to new systems and processes.
– Must be located in Colombia, preferably in Bogotá D.C.
