Location: Remote within the U.S. – East Coast (or East Coast Hours)

The Role:
As a Product Expert at Vizcom, you will be the advocate for our innovative AI-powered design tool. Your responsibilities will include testing new features, providing valuable feedback, training designers, and creating engaging content. With a deep understanding of customer needs, you will help designers maximize Vizcom’s potential in various industries such as automotive design, product design, architecture, furniture, footwear, apparel, and entertainment design. This role requires a strong understanding of industry workflows, as well as excellent sketching and design skills.
How You Will Succeed:
Test beta releases and provide actionable feedback
Master Vizcom’s features and functionalities
Train designers at current and potential client companies
Create compelling content for both public and client-specific use
Collect and relay customer feedback to the appropriate teams
Develop a deep understanding of customer needs and use cases
Demonstrate Vizcom’s versatility in diverse industries
What You Will Bring:
Experience in automotive, architecture, furniture, product, fashion, footwear, game, entertainment, or character design
A strong design portfolio showcasing your work and design skills
Proficiency in design tools and processes; experience with AI design tools preferred
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
A customer-focused mindset with strong empathy
Adaptable problem-solving skills
A collaborative spirit, able to work with cross-functional teams
A passion for innovative technology in design
A willingness to travel – this role may require up to 25% travel time.

Compensation:
The salary range for this position is $90,000 – $130,000.
The final offer will be determined based on factors such as experience, location, and business considerations. This overall package applies to W2, U.S.-based employees, and final compensation will be determined according to local requirements and employment laws.
