Position Overview:
As the Principal Statistical Programmer, you will serve as the technical lead and project manager for multiple studies, managing all aspects of study deliverables related to statistical and clinical programming. This is a remote position based out of Boston, Massachusetts.
Key Responsibilities:
– Lead and manage all aspects of study deliverables related to statistical and clinical programming.
– Ensure high quality, traceability, reproducibility, and timeliness of statistical programming deliverables to meet expectations and regulatory requirements.
– Collaborate with statisticians, local and Contract Research Organization (CRO) programmers to define and implement analysis requirements.
– Perform sponsor oversight regarding data and analysis.
– Ensure that statistical programming systems, processes, and deliverables align with relevant regulatory requirements such as clinical study reporting, electronic records handling, and electronic submission of clinical data to agencies.
Qualifications:
– Master’s degree in Statistics, Pharmacology, Health Care, or related field and 6 years of experience as a statistical programmer conducting statistical analysis in the pharmaceutical industry.
OR
– Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Pharmacology, Health Care, or related field and 8 years of experience as a statistical programmer conducting statistical analysis in the pharmaceutical industry.
– Experience with Clinical Data Interchange Standards Consortium (CDISC) Study Data Tabulation Model (SDTM) and Analysis Data Model (ADaM) guidelines.
– Proficiency in SAS and R.
– Experience managing projects that follow Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and International Council for Harmonisation (ICH) guidelines.
Salary Range:
The salary range for this role is $106,600 to $175,785.22 per year. An employee’s pay position within the salary range will be based on factors such as education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, performance, and business or organizational needs. Servier may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future. Employees in this position are also eligible for Short-Term and Long-Term incentive programs.

The salary range for this role is $106,600 to $175,785.22. Please note that this range may be modified in the future.
