Role Description:
As a Principal Software Engineer, you will play a critical role in the growth and development of our engineering teams. You will have the opportunity to work on innovative projects and contribute to the long-term technical vision and strategic direction of the company.
Responsibilities:
– Tackle complex problems and serve as a technical leader on cross-functional projects
– Decompose complex problems into simple solutions
– Contribute to the technical strategy and identify opportunities for innovation and improvement
– Mentor and assist in the career development of others
– Make informed decisions about technology choices
– Work collaboratively with other Principal Engineers and Architects
– Implement AI to enhance productivity and efficiency
– Balance technical leadership with strong business judgment
– Participate in on-call shifts as needed
Requirements:
– 15+ years of experience as a software engineer
– Strong knowledge of Go or Node
– Experience with Kubernetes, Gateways, and Authn/z frameworks
– Experience working in a distributed systems environment
– Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented, and remote work environment
– Fluent in English, both written and verbal
Location:
This is a remote position within India and Turkey. You must be authorized to work in one of these countries to be considered for the role.
