Position Title: Pricing & Packaging Analyst

Reports to: Director of Data & Insights
Weave is seeking a highly skilled Pricing & Packaging Analyst to join our team. As an analyst at Weave, you will play a crucial role in driving our pricing and packaging strategy, customer satisfaction, and business growth through data-driven insights. This is a remote position based in Brazil or Mexico.
Key Responsibilities:
• Measurement of Pricing Success: Define and track pricing and packaging key performance indicators (KPIs) to inform decision making and drive business growth.
• Strategic Thought Partnership: Collaborate with the product team to provide data-driven insights and recommendations for pricing and packaging strategy.
• Data-Driven Pricing Optimization: Analyze the impact of pricing adjustments on KPIs such as sales volume, revenue, and customer acquisition cost to optimize profitability and market share.
• Pricing Models and Tooling: Develop pricing models and tools to support pricing and packaging decisions.
• Data Analysis and Visualization: Analyze complex data, identify trends, and present findings through clear and impactful visualizations.
• Key Pricing Dashboards: Create and maintain product dashboards using Sigma to improve self-service initiatives.
• Packaging Insights: Own reporting on packaging performance, including sales by bundle, churn on new products, and recommendations for improvement.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, finance, economics, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in data analysis, with a focus on pricing and packaging.
• Proficiency in SQL and experience querying large datasets.
• Advanced analytics skills, such as behavioral analytics, segmentation, A/B testing, and predictive modeling.
• Expertise in data visualization and creating clear, actionable dashboards.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to present complex data and strategic recommendations to diverse audiences.
• Proven track record of managing and delivering analytical projects.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience with Sigma or similar data visualization tools.
• Experience with Pendo or similar product analytics tools.
• Highly analytical and strategic thinker with strong business acumen.
• Curious self-starter with excellent project management skills.
• Ability to deliver valuable insights quickly and effectively.
