North America KYC Analyst – J.P. Morgan
J.P. Morgan, a global leader in financial services, is seeking a Client Data Analyst to join their Client Onboarding and KYC team. This role offers the opportunity to work with the world’s most prominent corporations, governments, and institutional investors, and to contribute to the bank’s reputation, assets, and finances protection.
As a Client Data Analyst, you will perform specific KYC tasks and client documentation analysis, working closely with other supporting areas such as Legal, Compliance, Internal Controls, Technology, and Client Services. You will gain a deep understanding of AML policies and internal procedures and have the chance to collaborate with other Regional and Global Client Onboarding teams. This role values teamwork and inclusivity, and offers a supportive work environment.
Job Responsibilities:
– Perform specific KYC tasks and client documentation analysis in accordance with regulatory requirements and internal procedures.
– Execute AML policies and internal procedures, adhering to local and global principles.
– Address business inquiries and provide advice on onboarding requirements and status.
– Ensure quality control activities and update Standard Operating Procedures.
– Collaborate with other supporting areas and participate in special projects.
Required Qualifications, Skills, and Capabilities:
– University degree.
– Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
– Minimum of one year relevant working experience.
– Proficient in Excel.
