Motion Designer – 1000heads
We are seeking a talented and innovative Motion Designer to join our team at 1000heads. As a global B2B tech brand, we are looking for someone who can bring bold and creative ideas to the table and help us create standout work. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on projects spanning 2D/3D motion, video, and other mediums to tell captivating stories.
At 1000heads, we value ownership and passion, and we are looking for a freelancer who shares these values and has an insatiable drive to create award-winning campaigns. As a Motion Designer, you will be responsible for creative ideation and design thinking, both independently and as part of a team. You will also be expected to deliver storyboards, campaign visuals, and final assets that are on brand and delivered on time.
To excel in this role, you must have a strong knowledge of After Effects and be able to create compelling motion graphics. It is also important to stay up-to-date with social media platforms and industry trends. You will work closely with fellow team members, client services, and community teams to deliver projects as a cohesive unit.
The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in design, specifically within the social media space. Experience in a creative or social media agency is highly desirable. Additionally, proficiency in multiple languages, such as Spanish, Portuguese, or French, is preferred. We are looking for someone who is intrapreneurial, a team player, and has a can-do attitude. Passion, flexibility, and adaptability are also important qualities for this role.
