Position: Motion Designer
Location: Kraków, Warsaw or remote (Poland)

In this role, you will have the opportunity to contribute to our goal of using conscious branding to become a force for good and make a positive impact on the environment, employees, and society.

Responsibilities:

– Create animations and digital design materials, occasionally also print materials
– Develop high-quality animation and design concepts based on research and client needs
– Adapt animation style to match client’s brand
– Translate client ideas and content into a comprehensive storyline
– Storyboard conceptual ideas
– Propose innovative animation and design solutions based on best practices and trends
– Present ideas and concepts to clients

Requirements:

– Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially After Effects, Illustrator, and Photoshop
– Diverse portfolio with different styles of animation and digital projects
– Experience in graphic design and 3D design, proficiency in Cinema 4D
– Strong conceptual thinking and storytelling skills
– Ability to create clear and understandable storyboards
– Excellent prioritization and time management skills
– Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
