Position: Middle UI/UX Designer
We are seeking a talented Middle UI/UX Designer with at least 2 years of experience to join our team. This is a great opportunity to work with top tech companies from Europe and the USA.

Requirements:
– Minimum of 2 years of commercial experience in the field (not just freelance)
– Experience with designing products, not just websites
– Proficient in Figma, including components, variants, variables, and auto layout
– Experience in creating design systems and documentation
– Familiarity with designing for accessibility and understanding of WCAG 2.2
– Online portfolio showcasing design and problem-solving skills for web and mobile
– Strong understanding of UX/UI best practices, including research, wireframing, prototyping, and validation, as well as visual design elements such as typography, color, and layout
– Excellent sense of visual style, composition, color, and typography
– Experience collaborating with developers and preparing designs for handoff
– Self-organized and responsible, with the ability to estimate tasks accurately
– Comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously
– Strong communication skills and a friendly attitude towards assigned tasks
– Ability to present and justify design decisions
– At least an intermediate level of English proficiency
Responsibilities:
– Gather and evaluate user requirements based on client feedback and requests
– Collaborate with business analysts, engineers, and stakeholders to identify and troubleshoot UX problems
– Demonstrate design ideas using flows, sitemaps, and wireframes
– Create mockups in Figma that clearly illustrate site functionality
– Manage and maintain the design system, including components, variables, and documentation
– Prepare and present rough drafts to key stakeholders and team members
– Participate in the interview process for potential candidates
Interview Stages:
– 1st stage: Call with Recruiter
– 2nd stage: Interview with Lead Designer and Recruiter
