Product Designer (Mid-Level) at PandaDoc
PandaDoc, a global leader in document workflow automation, is seeking a talented and driven Product Designer to join our 5-person design team in the Growth track. This is a great opportunity for an entry to mid-level designer to work on a variety of product design projects and make a significant impact on our business goals.
Responsibilities:
– Create intuitive, user-centric, and engaging product journeys
– Collaborate with product managers, engineers, data analysts, and researchers to deliver high-quality outcomes
– Conduct research to understand user behaviors and needs, and identify barriers to adoption and monetization
– Develop and iterate on designs and prototypes to effectively communicate design ideas
– Work with product management to test hypotheses using both quantitative and qualitative methods
– Advocate for best practices in design and ensure a consistent, user-centric approach across all touchpoints
– Continuously improve and learn, and be open to feedback and coaching
Requirements:
– 2+ years of experience in product design, with a strong ability to work on fast-paced experiments and end-to-end projects
– Expertise in Figma and a keen eye for product and interaction design
– Excellent English communication and collaboration skills
– Coachable and committed to continuous improvement and learning
Bonus points if you have:
– Knowledge of motion or graphic design
– Experience in Growth or driving business impact with your design work
