Position: Manager, Reporting & Insights
Role Description:
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Manager, Reporting & Insights to join our Corporate Markets team at Cengage Group. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and enhancing reporting tools that aid in understanding performance, tracking progress, and making informed decisions for both internal teams and clients.
Key Responsibilities:
– Collaborate with account managers to deliver accurate and clear reports and dashboards
– Lead efforts to streamline and automate reporting processes
– Utilize modern and legacy systems to develop scalable and sustainable solutions
– Provide data-driven insights and support for client success teams
– Create and maintain client dashboards and reports using data from various sources
– Ensure accuracy and consistency in all client-facing data
– Analyze service performance and large datasets to deliver actionable insights
– Work with cross-functional teams to scope, test, and improve reporting tools and processes
– Design and implement automated dashboards and reporting workflows to improve efficiency and accuracy
– Maintain data integrity and establish reporting standards for consistency across systems
– Collaborate with teams to develop unified reporting solutions for diverse clients and scalable operations
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in data analysis, client success, or related field
– Strong proficiency in Excel with excellent attention to detail and data hygiene
– Experience creating reports and dashboards in Salesforce
– Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and their data structures
– Comfortable navigating in-house systems and legacy infrastructure to extract and analyze data
– Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
– Excellent communication skills with a client-focused approach
– Ability to manage multiple projects and ad hoc requests in a fast-paced environment
– Proactive mindset with a drive for continuous improvement
Requirements:
– Bonus points for experience with Marketing Cloud
– Experience with Power BI or similar data visualization tools
– Knowledge of project management tools and methodologies

Compensation:
The base pay range for this position is $67,000.00 – $87,100.00 USD. Actual base pay will be determined based on qualifications, experience, geographic location, and internal equity. Sales roles may also include a significant incentive compensation program beyond the base pay range.
