Role:
We are seeking a talented Junior Marketing Designer with a strong creative flair and exceptional design skills to create engaging content across various formats. From digital ads and email campaigns to social media posts and landing pages, you will be responsible for producing visually stunning work that not only looks great but also converts.
Responsibilities:
– Design digital ads for multiple platforms
– Develop visually appealing email assets to drive engagement
– Create eye-catching social media graphics, GIFs, and short-form visuals
– Collaborate on brand and campaign visuals that align with business goals
– Design and optimize landing pages with a focus on user experience and visual flow
– Maintain and evolve our visual style, ensuring consistency and innovation
– Bring new creative ideas to the table and bring them to life
Requirements:
– 2-4 years of design experience
– Strong portfolio showcasing digital design, particularly in marketing
– Excellent understanding of layout, typography, color, and motion
– Ability to work within brand guidelines while pushing creative boundaries
– Proficiency in Figma and Framer
– Experience working in fast-paced, remote teams

Compensation & Benefits:
– Salary: The salary range for this role is $73,000 – $105,000, based on experience and location.
