Position: Junior Graphic Designer for Packaging & Listing Images

Our focus is on food supplements and “Better For You” foods. We are a lean and ambitious team, dedicated to maintaining high standards of design and brand experience.
Role Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Junior Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate has a strong eye for detail and a passion for pixel-perfect designs. You will be responsible for transforming 80/20 design concepts, rough wireframes, and brand guidelines into polished and production-ready assets for both digital and print use. If you have a natural ability to spot alignment errors, are meticulous about pixel margins, and take pride in clean kerning and layouts, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
– Develop Amazon listing images and advertising assets based on wireframes and creative direction
– Finalize and adapt packaging designs for various brands and product variations (powders, capsules, pouches, bottles, etc.)
– Maintain template consistency and design systems for Amazon listings
– Prepare accurate print-ready files (bonus if you can also handle dielines and layers)
– Assist with A+ Content, digital ads, and other branded visuals as needed
Requirements:
– Strong attention to visual detail, layout, alignment, and font usage
– Proficiency with Canva, especially for template-based Amazon workflows
– Experience with Adobe Illustrator for print preparation, packaging, and dielines
– Familiarity with Midjourney and AI design tools (preferred but not required)
– Organizational skills to keep file libraries, typographies, and assets organized and up to date
– Ability to take direction, work independently, and meet deadlines
– Self-motivation to refine designs and optimize templates for pixel perfection
