Position: Group Solution Manager
As the Group Solution Manager, you will play a pivotal role in our Data & Digital function. You will be responsible for leading the technology strategy for our Commerce and Customer Experience platforms, ensuring a seamless and innovative customer journey from start to finish. This is an exciting opportunity for a strategic technology leader with a passion for building world-class digital experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
– Own and maintain the overall technology roadmap for the Commerce and Customer Experience domain, in collaboration with business partners and technical teams
– Provide innovative solutions to meet customer needs across digital and physical channels
– Stay updated on technical trends and assess emerging products and companies to make recommendations on new technologies to invest in
– Explain complex technical concepts in a way that allows for informed business decisions
– Work closely with tribe and technology leaders to align expectations and deliver a comprehensive domain roadmap
– Collaborate with business and architecture teams to review and select new solutions
– Proactively manage the total cost of ownership for platforms and capabilities
– Partner with the business and architecture teams to drive annual budget planning
– Provide technical leadership and guidance to ensure quality plans and successful delivery of objectives and milestones
– Manage the technical relationship with external technology partners
– Contribute to the management of technology partner performance
– Be a key influencer, leading and mentoring delivery squads and fostering a culture of innovation
– Contribute to the overall technology direction as a core member of the IT Extended Leadership Team
Qualifications:
– 7-10+ years of experience in technology management, particularly with large-scale, complex projects
– Deep expertise with Salesforce Commerce Cloud
– Solid experience with Mobile Applications (IOS & Android), Web/Front-end, CMS, Digital Assets platforms, SEO, and Search & Browse technologies
– Technical background in software development or equivalent
– Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodology
– Experience in the retail industry, especially multi-channel environments, is highly desirable
