Position: Graphic Designer

We are seeking a talented Graphic Designer to join our dynamic Marketing team. As the largest provider of end-to-end, data-driven marketing and software solutions exclusively focused on the automotive customer lifecycle, we pride ourselves on being the go-to experts in the industry. With over 20 years of experience in the automotive and marketing fields, we work with over 6,500 dealerships and every major manufacturer in the country.
In this role, you will be responsible for creating exceptional designs for digital (web/email), print, and social media. A strong understanding of motion graphics and video editing is a plus. The ideal candidate will have a creative mindset, attention to detail, and the ability to take ownership of projects. A portfolio showcasing your creativity, layout/organization skills, and corporate branding experience is required. You must also be able to work independently, meet deadlines, and communicate effectively with team members.
Responsibilities:
– Develop and present design solutions that meet client goals and objectives
– Stay up-to-date on the latest design trends and technologies
– Manage and adhere to production schedules to meet deadlines
– Maintain brand consistency and adhere to brand guidelines
– Collaborate with Senior Designers and Art Directors on design direction
– Ensure design quality and accuracy
– Work on special projects as needed
– May require extended hours during peak workloads or special projects
– Think and work independently to achieve results with minimal supervision
– Strong project management skills
– Effective communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal
– Attention to detail and accuracy

Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree or higher in fine arts, graphic design, or related field
– 1-3 years of experience in design or agency environment preferred
– Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) required; knowledge of After Effects, Premiere, and Lightroom is a plus
– Proficient in Microsoft Office and other Windows applications
– Understanding of email marketing, responsive design, digital design, pre-press, concepting, and storyboarding
