Position: Full Stack Developer

Role Overview:
As a Full Stack Developer at Wing, you will be responsible for creating and implementing innovative solutions for our web platform. You will work closely with designers and AI/ML teams to deliver high-quality, user-friendly interfaces and integrate AI-driven insights. This is a high-impact role where you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on our product and thousands of users.
Key Responsibilities:
– Build responsive and intuitive user interfaces using modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Vue, etc.)
– Develop RESTful or GraphQL APIs using Node.js, Python, PHP, or similar back-end technologies
– Integrate third-party services and AI APIs to enhance platform capabilities
– Collaborate with AI/ML Engineers to automate domain-specific tasks and surface AI-driven insights
– Assist in setting up continuous integration and delivery pipelines and deploy containerized services in cloud environments
– Work in short, iterative development cycles to quickly prototype new features and gather feedback
– Follow secure coding guidelines and employ best practices for data protection and compliance
– Collaborate with LLMs to produce qualitative and quantitative evaluations on content
Qualifications:
– 2+ years of experience as a Full Stack Engineer, preferably in a fast-paced startup or 0→1 environment
– Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and front-end frameworks like React or Vue
– Strong back-end skills in Node.js, Python, or PHP, with experience designing APIs
– Practical experience integrating AI/LLMs (GPT, Claude, etc.) via API into production products
– Database expertise in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB, DynamoDB)
– Familiarity with DevOps & CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, etc.
– Cloud deployment experience on AWS, Azure, or GCP with Docker/Kubernetes
– Prior exposure to building or integrating large-scale web platforms and understanding modern web technologies
– Knowledge of GraphQL and familiarity with PHP frameworks (Laravel, Symfony)
– Experience with Cursor AI or rapid development tools
