Overview:
Kollabio, a leading digital transformation solutions provider for government and commercial organizations, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Full Stack Developer to join our dynamic and innovative team. In this role, you will be responsible for contributing to the development of high-quality web applications and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive our mission forward. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of both front-end and back-end technologies, as well as experience in software analysis, design, development, testing, and support.
Key Responsibilities:
– Plan, design, code, and test applications in a .NET environment
– Diagnose and address any problems that arise
– Establish comprehensive specifications for requirements and communicate them to the development team
– Evaluate solutions to ensure they align with business requirements
– Provide ongoing support to stakeholders and ensure effective implementation of solutions
– Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to enhance our consulting services
Requirements:
– At least 5 years of professional experience as a Full Stack Developer
– Bachelor’s degree in business administration, information technology, or a related field
– Certifications: Microsoft Certified: Application Developer Associate or equivalent
– Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
– Familiarity with tools such as .NET 9+ Framework, C#, SQL Server, Angular/React, REST APIs, Azure DevOps, and Git
– Authorized to work in the U.S.
– Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
– Ability to work collaboratively within a team and build relationships with stakeholders
– Experience in process mapping and modeling techniques
– Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality results
– Proactive and self-motivated with a continuous improvement mindset
