Position: Digital Designer at Marketing Agency Specializing in the IT Sector
We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Digital Designer to join our dynamic marketing agency focused on the IT industry. In this hands-on role, you will have the opportunity to bring brand stories to life through various digital platforms, including websites, social media, and email. Working closely with our marketing and creative teams, you will be responsible for crafting visually compelling content that resonates with B2B tech audiences.
Key Responsibilities:
– Digital & Web Design: Create engaging visual assets for websites, landing pages (using Elementor), blogs (on WordPress), emails, and social media. Develop digital ad creatives and banner assets that are optimized for performance.
– Brand & Visual Strategy: Utilize and evolve client brand guidelines across all digital touchpoints. Stay updated on design trends, particularly in the B2B tech and SaaS space.
– Collaboration & Feedback: Participate in creative brainstorms and team meetings. Present concepts to internal stakeholders and clients, and incorporate feedback effectively.
– Workflow & Project Management: Manage multiple deadlines and ensure high-quality delivery for all projects. Proactively communicate progress and adjust timelines when necessary.
– Innovation & Growth: Explore new design tools, platforms, and formats. Take the initiative in professional development and share new learnings with the team.
Tools You Will Use:
– WordPress (with Elementor) for blog layouts and minor site edits
– Adobe Creative Suite or Figma for design work
– Canva or similar tools for quick-turn social media assets
– Slack, ClickUp, or similar for team collaboration
Qualifications:
– Your designs are clean, engaging, and strategically aligned with IT audiences.
– Projects are delivered on time and exceed client expectations.
– You demonstrate curiosity, reliability, and a willingness to grow.
– Proven experience designing for digital channels.
– Familiarity with IT services or SaaS clients is a plus.
– Comfortable working in a fast-paced, feedback-rich environment.
