About the Role:
Trace3 is seeking a Data Engineer to help shape our client’s Data Warehouse and Data Strategy for current and future implementations.
What You’ll Do:
– Design and build a robust healthcare platform on MS SQL Server.
– Analyze and integrate healthcare payer data and Clinical EHR data.
– Follow best SDLC practices for developing ETL Pipelines and IT solutions.
– Document and communicate the strategy used for Design and Development.
– Develop and deliver on key milestones on the roadmap for Data Warehouse.
– Participate in creating a roadmap for the Future State Data Warehouse.
– Partner with different teams in AbsoluteCare to improve the current state of data analytics and data usage that support the AbsoluteCare’s business and clinical care models.
– Conduct analyses using tools such as SQL and Microsoft Excel.
– Organize, clarify, and translate business processes into reporting requirements from a diverse set of end users (e.g. executives, clinicians).
– Interpret healthcare data to translate requirements into IT solutions.
– Relate disparate data sets to extract actionable insights.
– Support business needs through the development of ad-hoc and standardized reports as requested by the executive leadership team, as well as internal and external customers.
– Troubleshoot and align the reporting needs of end users to available data sets.
– Maintain the security and privacy of all information that is owned by AbsoluteCare or maintained on behalf of the company’s patients, employees, and business partners.
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in business, information technology, statistics, mathematics, health sciences, or related field or equivalent work experience required.
– 3 to 5+ years of combined working experience on Microsoft stack including SQL, SSIS, SSMS, .NET or C#.
– Preferred 1-3 years of developing ASP.NET Core Application.
– Preferred 3-5 years of SQL Development.
– Preferred 3+ years of healthcare data experience.
– Preferred 2+ years of Python experience.
– Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Excel required.
– Technical knowledge of relational databases (SQL server), querying, data warehouses, and decision support tools required.
– Ability to work independently with limited direction and/or guidance.
– Capable of successfully balancing numerous and competing priorities.
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills with experience collaborating with executives strongly preferred.
– Highly organized with strong documentation skills.
– Passion for data and the act of transforming data to achieve results.
– Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors, including location, experience, skill set, performance, licensure and certification, and business needs. The range for this position in other geographic locations may differ. Certain positions may also be eligible for variable incentive compensation, such as bonuses or commissions, that is not included in the base salary.
Estimated Pay Range: $62 – $65 USD
