Position: Customer Profitability Associate
Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and data-driven individual to join our Customer Profitability Team as a Customer Profitability Associate at Latchel. This role is crucial in ensuring the accurate and timely execution of key programs, including Assisted Ledgering, Optional Benefits, and marketplace benefits such as Piñata, Filters, and CoverPest. As we continue to expand and introduce new products and programs, this role will play a vital role in maintaining the financial integrity of customer data and contributing to the profitability of our services.
The Customer Profitability Associate will report directly to the Customer Profitability Team Lead and will collaborate closely with stakeholders in Customer Success and Finance. This position is ideal for someone who excels in a detail-oriented and analytical environment, and enjoys working with spreadsheets, data sets, and process improvements.
The main responsibility of this role is to ensure accurate and optimized customer financial data, which is essential for delivering profitable and seamless services at scale. The Customer Profitability Associate will also play a key role in identifying revenue opportunities, reducing operational errors, and promoting cross-functional collaboration.
This position is ideal for someone who thrives on uncovering insights in data and implementing changes to improve the customer experience and Latchel’s profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
– Maintain and manage ledgering reports for assisted services and benefit programs
– Conduct regular audits and in-depth analysis of customer ledger data
– Identify and report discrepancies or issues to stakeholders, such as CSMs and Finance
– Propose and implement improvements to reporting and operational processes in collaboration with the Customer Profitability Team Lead
– Support the launch and integration of new customer-facing programs by ensuring accuracy and alignment with ledgers

– Strong attention to detail and proficiency in working with spreadsheets and numerical data
– Demonstrated passion for improving operational processes and service quality
– Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving, and sometimes ambiguous environment
Schedule:
Flexible schedule, Monday-Friday, aligned with US business hours. Fixed hours may be developed in the future.
