Job Title: Creative Director at Precision AQ – Market Access Marketing

Company Overview:

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and talented Creative Director to join our team.

Position Summary:
As the Creative Director, you will be responsible for directing the overall creative vision for our agency and clients. You will work closely with account leads to conceptualize, develop, and execute superior creative solutions. We are looking for a dynamic leader with high standards and a strong ability to inspire others to reach them.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the creative department in delivering outstanding design solutions for print, digital, and presentation materials
• Translate business strategies and technical requirements into effective cohesive information design solutions
• Communicate timelines and costs for proposed creative solutions to ensure timely project completion within budget
• Manage design projects from concept to implementation, overseeing the design team, outside vendors, and freelance staff as needed
• Identify and implement new technologies for both Precision and our clients
• Foster an innovative, collaborative, and positive product development environment

Specific to Art Direction:
• Lead the creative team in delivering exceptional design work through review and discussion
• Coordinate all design projects from concept to production
• Ensure all client work adheres to corporate/brand guidelines
• Prepare creative deliverables and best practice guides
• Present creative concepts internally
• Review materials for design integrity and production standards
• Advocate for design principles

Qualifications:
• 10+ years of creative leadership experience in an interactive, design, or advertising agency
• Bachelor’s degree in Art/Design
• Outstanding portfolio showcasing experience in integrated print and digital technologies
• Hands-on experience with project deliverables and leading projects from concept to completion
• Experience managing and developing one or more brands, including style guide requirements
• Knowledge of the Pharma and/or managed markets industry is a plus
• Ability to travel up to 25%

Skills:
• Ability to storyboard and translate ideas into innovative motion graphics solutions
• Understanding of technologies and their capabilities and restrictions in print and digital design
• Strong design aesthetic with excellent understanding of typography, color, layout, and brand identity
• Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills, with the ability to provide multiple creative solutions
• Ability to synthesize usability research, customer feedback, and business requirements
• Experience in building, managing, developing, and evaluating a strong team of creatives and outside resources
• Comfortable with budgeting and estimating costs

Competencies:
• Ability to supervise and train employees, prioritize and schedule work assignments
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Experience in resource allocation and budget management
• Ability to adhere to brand guidelines and advocate for design principles

Compensation:
Precision is required by law in some states or cities to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. The disclosed range estimate takes into account factors such as skill sets, experience, and training. The actual salary will be determined based on the specific circumstances of the candidate. This role is also eligible for a discretionary annual bonus, health insurance, retirement savings benefits, life insurance and disability benefits, parental leave, and paid time off for sick leave and vacation, among other benefits.

Reasonable Estimate of Current Range:
$117,000 – $163,000 USD
