About the Company:
Manta is a cutting-edge technology company specializing in Web3 infrastructure and application development. With a focus on innovation, we are in a critical growth stage and preparing to launch multiple high-quality applications. We are seeking a visionary and results-driven CTO to join our team and lead the implementation of our technical roadmap.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and oversee the company’s technical direction and system architecture to create scalable, stable, and secure systems.
• Lead and motivate the technical team, including frontend, backend, DevOps, and blockchain engineers.
• Plan and execute the technical roadmap for Manta and its product extensions, ensuring timely delivery.
• Serve as the technical representative in collaborations with project and ecosystem partners, ensuring delivery quality and efficiency.
• Stay updated with the latest blockchain technology trends and encourage exploration and adoption of cutting-edge technologies.
• Work closely with the Founder to shape overall strategy and product roadmap.
Requirements:
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a technical leadership role within the Web3 space.
• Strong background in blockchain/Web3, with expertise in smart contracts, off-chain infrastructure, and Layer 1/Layer 2 technologies preferred.
• Proficiency in at least two of the following: Rust, Solidity, Go, TypeScript.
• Excellent team management and cross-functional communication skills, with the ability to motivate teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent in English and able to work effectively in an international environment.
Bonus Points:
• Proven track record of successfully leading Web3 products from 0 to 1.
• Entrepreneurial experience or previous experience as a core technical leader in a startup.
