About the Role:
As the Campaign Analytics Manager, you will be responsible for driving data-driven decision-making for our advertising campaigns. This role involves leveraging analytics, SQL, and BI tools to analyze performance, uncover trends, and make strategic optimizations. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that our advertising campaigns align with our business objectives and drive user acquisition and engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
– Analyze campaign performance metrics (CPI, CPA, CPE) to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities
– Build and maintain automated dashboards (Looker, Amplitude) to monitor KPIs and identify issues
– Use SQL to query raw data, validate tracking, and investigate discrepancies
– Develop and implement data-backed optimization strategies (e.g., audience targeting, bid adjustments, creative testing)
– Partner with the data team to refine attribution models and improve reporting accuracy
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business impacts
– Advocate for data-enablement improvements (e.g., new dashboard fields, tracking enhancements)
Qualifications:
– 3+ years of experience in ad operations with a strong analytical focus (e.g., performance marketing analytics, data-driven campaign management)
– Advanced SQL proficiency – able to write complex queries, join tables, and analyze raw event data
– Expertise in BI tools (Looker, Amplitude, Tableau) – able to build dashboards, not just read them
– Proven track record of optimizing performance campaigns and improving CPI/CPA
– Familiarity with MMPs (Singular, Adjust, AppsFlyer) and attribution methodologies
