We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Associate Creative Director to lead our team of friendly and hardworking individuals. As a remote agency with clients and team members around the globe, we value nimbleness and a passion for great work.
Key Responsibilities:
– Serve as the creative visionary for our team of art directors, designers, and copywriters
– Collaborate with the Creative Director, strategists, and team members to develop innovative and impactful concepts for various mediums
– Lead the execution of creative projects with a focus on quality, consistency, and brand identity
– Utilize your own design skills to contribute to projects and provide hands-on guidance to the team
– Interact with clients, present ideas, and incorporate feedback to ensure client satisfaction
– Foster a collaborative and supportive team environment, providing mentorship to junior team members
Qualifications:
– Minimum of 10 years of experience in a creative agency, with at least 3-5 years in an Associate Creative Director role
– Strong portfolio showcasing conceptual skills and digital work
– Curiosity and passion for digital media and current tech trends
– Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks
– Excellent coaching and communication skills to maintain positive team dynamics and client relationships
– Desire to create impactful and successful campaigns
– Marketing sense and ability to develop campaigns across various channels
