We are seeking an Art Director to join our growing team and lead the next evolution of our brand. As a creative lead, you will work closely with the design team, marketing colleagues, and cross-functional partners to elevate the Jane brand and create work that is human, helpful, and delightful.

Our product enables healthcare professionals to run their practices in a digital-first way, with features such as online booking, charting, scheduling, telehealth, secure payments, and billing. Your Role in Our Journey
As an Art Director at Jane, you will:
– Bring strategic clarity and strong creative execution to high-impact brand and marketing projects
– Mentor and coach other designers on the team
– Develop and execute creative across various channels, including digital, social, and campaigns
– Refine, stretch, and grow the Jane brand while staying true to our voice and values
– Ensure consistency, coherence, and quality across all touchpoints where the Jane brand appears
– Collaborate closely with Marketing, Product, and Brand partners to bring our stories to life
– Confidently present ideas to senior leadership, articulate creative rationale, and advocate for great work
The Experience We’re Looking For
– 8+ years of experience as a designer with a portfolio that demonstrates a blend of craft, concept, and clarity
– The ability to think big and lead with intention
– A thoughtful and generous mentor who is passionate about helping others do their best work
– Strong creative instincts and a sense of humility
– Positive energy and a love for being part of a team
– A strong understanding of the creative process and the ability to build ideas and bring others along
– A mindset of curiosity and innovation, always looking for fresh ways to tell stories and solve problems
– Thrives with autonomy and ownership, comfortable leading projects independently and making decisions
– A desire for lifelong learning and exploration, staying engaged and up-to-date with industry shifts and evolving your craft
Compensation Expectations for the Role
Jane is committed to paying our team members fairly, clearly, and for growth. The minimum annual salary for this role is $105,700, and the maximum is $165,100. This salary range accounts for the growth someone will experience in the role and reflects a starting salary of $125,500 for someone who is fully accomplished in the role.
