Pinterest is seeking a motivated and talented Apprentice Product Designer to join our team. The Pinterest Apprenticeship Program is a unique opportunity for professionals from non-tech backgrounds or those facing barriers to entry in the industry to gain hands-on experience in Product Design at Pinterest. This program, which can last up to one year, also offers the possibility of being converted to a full-time Product Designer role. While the program is at-will and may vary in length, applications will close on Friday, June 27 at 5:00pm PDT, with a program start date of October 20, 2025.
As an Apprentice Product Designer at Pinterest, you will have the opportunity to work on high-impact projects alongside experienced Product Designers and key partners from our Research, Product Management, and Engineering teams. You will also receive mentorship and participate in various learning and development opportunities to continually grow both professionally and personally.
We are looking for self-motivated and proactive individuals from non-tech backgrounds, including design bootcamp graduates, self-taught candidates, and those without a related degree or professional experience in Product Design. Preferred qualifications include at least 1 year of experience in a professional work environment, proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Photoshop, or Illustrator, and the ability to work full-time during business hours.
