Job Description:
We are seeking a Full Stack Engineer to join our Client Technology Tribe, which is responsible for providing state-of-the-art security to our clients and ensuring a smooth and legally-secure client journey. In this role, you will work with a highly motivated team of software engineers and academics to implement change in the financial industry. You will have the opportunity to use cutting edge technologies and be part of modern software development practices, such as agile and self-managed teams, continuous integration and deployment, test automation, and cloud-based infrastructure and tooling. Your responsibilities will include writing clean, testable, and well-documented code, with a focus on security, and bringing products to production to provide real business value. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to improve engineering excellence within the team.
Qualifications:
– A university degree in a relevant field of study (Computer Science, Engineering, etc.) or equivalent practical experience
– Extensive frontend experience in technologies such as Typescript, React, NextJs, Cypress, WebPack, Material Design, and Express
– Extensive backend experience in Java/Kotlin, JWT, Docker, Spring, AWS, Git, GraphQL, and RESTful API
– A passion for well-architected, testable, and documented code and an agile mindset
– Strong analytical thinking in both technical and product domains
– Experience in complex software projects with end-to-end ownership building microservices
– Practical experience in AWS or another cloud provider
– Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
– Previous experience with security topics and/or DevOps experience is a plus
– Background in the financial industry and financial software product development is an advantage
