About the Role:
We are seeking a highly experienced Systems/Data Analyst to join our growing DevSecOps team. This role will focus on understanding data flow and ingestion processes critical to program operations. The analyst will work closely with stakeholders to identify and resolve data anomalies, ensuring accurate and reliable data ingestion into downstream systems.
In this role, you will utilize your strong analytical skills and attention to detail to support business functionality, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and address testing dependencies within a DevSecOps environment.
**Candidates must meet public trust clearance requirements
Basic Requirements:
– Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience in data analysis and systems/data flow understanding
– Bachelor’s degree or higher
– Must be a U.S. citizen and reside in the U.S.
– All work must be performed within the U.S.
Technical and Skills Requirements:
– Extensive experience analyzing data flows and ingestion pipelines
– Ability to identify and troubleshoot data anomalies or errors
– Proven track record of collaborating with stakeholders to translate data questions into research tasks
– Familiarity with DevSecOps environments and Agile delivery teams
– Strong documentation skills to capture processes, data flows, and dependencies
– Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
– Strong communication and collaboration skills for working across teams
Strongly Preferred:
– Prior experience working on federal government projects
– Current holder of Public Trust or higher-level clearance
– Familiarity with federal compliance frameworks (FISMA, NIST, FedRAMP)
– Experience in cloud or DevSecOps data environments
Role Responsibilities:
– Understand, document, and analyze data flow and ingestion processes across systems
– Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and investigate data anomalies, providing clear and actionable insights
– Work with other Data Analysts and Business Analysts to address cross-team testing dependencies
– Frame and execute research tasks to support broader business functionality and decision-making
– Partner with technical teams to ensure data ingestion aligns with program and system requirements
– Support Agile project teams by providing accurate and timely data analysis and reporting
